1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RBM MESPAY SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD. By browsing, accessing, or using our website and services (including IRCTC train ticketing, tour packages, educational consultancy, and FASTag services), you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined here.

2. IRCTC Train Ticket Booking Guidelines

We facilitate train ticket reservations on behalf of customers in compliance with the guidelines set by IRCTC and Indian Railways:

• All reservations (General and Tatkal) are subject to actual seat availability and railway confirmation quotas.
• Ticket cancellations and refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with IRCTC refund rules and standard railway cancellation charges.
• Customers must carry valid government-approved original photo ID during train travel.

3. Tours & Travel Packages

• Tour bookings are confirmed only after the receipt of the initial booking advance payment.
• Any itinerary changes due to unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, or transit delays are beyond our direct control.
• Hotel check-in/check-out policies and room allocations are governed by the respective hotel management.

4. Educational Guidance & Consultancy

Our educational services provide genuine counseling, admission guidance, and coaching resources. We assist students with application workflows and college selection; however, final admissions and degree awards rest solely with the respective colleges, universities, and examination boards.

5. FASTag Services

FASTag issuance and recharge assistance follow NHAI / NPCI / Banking Partner regulations. Customers are required to submit accurate vehicle RC and KYC documentation for successful activation.

6. Payments & Service Fees

All applicable service charges, government taxes, and booking fees must be settled in full. In the event of a service cancellation, applicable facilitation charges will be deducted prior to issuing the refund.
